All pupils took part in a special pupil wellbeing drop down day on Friday 9th February for Children's Mental Health Week.

Pupils enjoyed taking part in a variety of wellbeing sessions based on the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Connect with other people - all pupils took part in a Collective Act of Worship with Reverend Joe Houghton.

Be physically active - pupils and staff enjoyed a sponsored walk around the school grounds to raise money for Cash for Kids.

Give to others - all years have a charity that they are fundraising for. We were delighted to welcome Cash for Kids and Derian House into school to talk about the work they do. We also welcomed Compass Bloom into school to talk about the valuable work they do in supporting young people.

Mindfulness - pupils took time out of their day to write to feel right.

Learn something new - pupils had a lot of fun learning a new skill, including stop motion animation. You can view one of the projects below.
